Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dollar Glider at dollarglider.com, including the installable app (the “Service”), provided by GB Creates LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Dollar Glider helps business owners keep a mileage log: recording trips, calculating driving distances, suggesting trips from a connected Google Calendar, estimating deductions at a mileage rate you choose, and exporting records. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Not tax, legal or financial advice

Dollar Glider is a record-keeping tool. Mileage, distance and deduction figures are estimates based on the data you enter, third-party map data and the rate you set. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, for confirming the current IRS standard mileage rate, and for what you file. Consult a qualified tax professional about your situation.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us promptly at gabe@gbcreates.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Only invite people who would expect to hear from you about Dollar Glider.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your mileage log and delete your account at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Service;
  • try to access other users' data or any part of the Service you aren't authorized to use;
  • interfere with, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it; or
  • use the Service to send spam or other unsolicited messages.

6. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services such as Google (sign-in, Calendar and Maps). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them. Connecting Google Calendar is optional, and you can disconnect it at any time.

7. Price

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged anything.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service; where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that distances, suggestions or estimates will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GB Creates LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or tax benefits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify GB Creates LLC against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
